RIRF ANNOUNCES TRANSITION INTO FINANCIAL SERVICES REGULATORY AUTHORITY (FSRA)

The Registrar of Insurance and Retirement Funds (RIRF) would like to advise the industry and stakeholders that it will soon be adopting its parent name: Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).
Following the appointment of the FSRA board by the Minister of Finance in 2010, the board has since appointed Mr Bongani Nxumalo as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FSRA who subsequently started work on the 1stJanuary 2012.
The members of the board for FSRA are as follows:
