Licensing and Inspections Department

The Licensing and Inspections department at the office of the Registrar of Insurance and Retirement Funds (RIRF) is responsible for registering the regulated entities as required by the Insurance Act, 2005 and the Retirement Funds Act, 2005. Off-site analysis and on-site inspections are the methods used for monitoring the industry.
